Pre Event
✔ Logo/URL will be included in all correspondence to attendees and will be included on Executive Summit Sponsorship Page

✔ Video Q & A to be recorded and posted on www.clubindustry.com with a sponsor team member and Club Industry. This will cover two timely questions that will be relevant to the industry and/or content at the event.
✔ Sponsors will be considered for stand-alone presentations and panelists for the educational sessions. The content team will reach out to discuss this possibility if the content aligns with the sponsor’s expertise.
✔ Social Media pushes (one post on your choice of two social media platforms) during the 30 days prior to the event, created by the sponsor and submitted one week prior to the agreed-upon posting date.
On Site
✔ One company representative may attend this event and participate in all summits, networking, etc.
✔ Choice of 6’ Table, High Top Table or if you are an equipment manufacturer, you may have dedicated space for one piece of equipment.
✔ Onsite branding along with a 1-minute commercial for sponsor reel that will play in networking areas each day.
✔ Opportunity to give a 90-second pitch to the audience during our general session times. If the sponsor, upgrades to platinum where they receive the 3-minute pitch, this inclusion does not apply.
Post Event
✔ Monthly Roundtable Discussions – Meeting group attendees will vary monthly but you will be invited to each summit’s roundtable – to begin in March 2023 and run thru August 2023. The sponsor will spearhead 15 minutes of one of the discussions during the 6 month period.

These add-ons will receive additional onsite branding and call-outs specific to the inclusion that is chosen. Keynote, CEO Summit Dinner, Welcome Reception, Breakfast, Lunch, and Happy Hour will include the opportunity for a 3-minute speech/pitch to the attendees. This inclusion will replace the 90-second pitch offered in the basic gold sponsorship.
