Dr. Mark Tager is CEO of ChangeWell Inc., a San Diego based company that guides organizations and individuals to higher levels of performance. Along with Robert John Hughes, he is co-founder of ChangeWell Training Academy, which enables professionals to amplify their influence.

A veteran of more than 1,000 presentations, Mark shares his skills and passion to empower those who attend his trainings. He brings a rich background to his work in leadership, organizational development and personal wellbeing. As an entrepreneur, he has built successful businesses and managed high-performance teams. As a consultant and change agent, he has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to small non-profits. As a physician, he is well-grounded in aesthetic, lifestyle, regenerative and integrative medicine. He received his MD from Duke Medical School and trained in Family Practice at The University of Oregon Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Tager is author/co-author of ten books including Enhance Your Presence: The Path to Personal Power, Professional Influence, and Business Results (with Robert John Hughes), and A Practitioner’s Guide to Cash Pay Healthcare: How to Start, Grow, and Perfect Your Business.

Kevin Steele has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 30 years. He began his career with a private personal training business for celebrities and athletes while serving as the aquatic director and faculty member in physical education and sports medicine at Pepperdine University. During this period, he also worked with a local physician specializing in preventive executive healthcare programs for corporations throughout the United States. Steele then worked at Health & Tennis Corporation of America as the director of education, research and member services where he managed the fitness department and launched the first national platform for personal training.

Dr. Vaishali Geib - Advisory Board

Chief Medical Officer | ReShape MD and Medical Director of Population Health | Privia Health

Dr. Vaishali Geib is a practicing internist in Northern Virginia, CMO of ReshapeMD and medical director of Population Health at Privia Health. She received her MD from the University of Missouri Kansas City in the six-year combined BA/MD program and completed her residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She also completed a fellowship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona where she served on the Leadership Council under Dr. Andrew Weil

Jeff Skeen is the chief executive officer and principal of Results Redefined, an organization dedicated to integrating the fitness and healthcare industries in order to lower healthcare costs and make healthcare affordable. For more than 26 years in the fitness industry, Skeen has been intimately involved in equity and debt transactions exceeding $500 million, which provided each investor group with a minimum IRR of 25%. During his career, Skeen was responsible for designing one of the first Windows-based health club management systems in the U.S., which was used during his tenure at Gold’s Gym International as the operating platform. Skeen served as president, CEO and principal of Fitness Connection, where he was responsible for the overall performance of the company, as well as determining its strategic direction. Fitness Connection is a low-price, high-value chain operating in North Carolina, Texas and Nevada and is one of the top 20 chains in the U.S.

 

Doug Ribley - Advisory Board

Senior Vice President of Health and Wellness Services | Cleveland Clinic Akron General

Doug Ribley has been active in the development and administration of quality health, fitness and wellness programs and facilities for 35 years. He has worked in the corporate, commercial and hospital-based arenas.Doug is currently the senior vice president of Health & Wellness Services for Cleveland Clinic Akron General. He was instrumental in the development and operation of Akron General’s three award-winning Health and Wellness Outpatient Delivery Centers, which represent a $120 million investment. These centers emphasize prevention, early detection, rehabilitation and outpatient treatment in a unique, clinically integrated environment.

Doug has been instrumental in the development of numerous hospital-based health and wellness center projects throughout the country and continues to provide leadership and insight related to the introduction of this model to communities and health systems locally, regionally and nationally.He has served as a member of the Ohio State Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness, Wellness and Sports, is a past president and chairman of the Medical Fitness Association, is a recipient of the Medical Fitness Association’s Pioneer Award, Founders Award, Distinguished Service Award and the MFA Special Recognition Award all for his contributions toward the advancement of the medical fitness and wellness profession. Doug is a frequent author and speaker and has been named a fellow of the Medical Fitness Association and the Health Care Advisory Board Company.
